Yes, HEXA's 4-level fan speed will circulate air into the mask and keep your breathing easy and cool inside the mask.
Hexa uses fans to draw in air through the filter and circulate within the mask, saving you the effort of doing it yourself. This allows you to breathe easily and comfortably while simultaneously keeping you cool inside the mask.
Our filter can help protect against particles with a median mass aerodynamic diameter (MMAD) of 0.3 micrometers; in this respect our filter is the equivalent to other 95-level rated filters (in fact our filter also filters oil based particles too).
Hexa uses a proprietary 5-layer composite filter which includes a traditional melt blown static charge filter and a high tech nano membrane. The filter can capture both oil based and non-oil based airborne particles with >95% efficiency. Technical terms for our filter materials include: ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA), polypropylene (PP), polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE).
The fans produces a noise in the range of 50 to 65 dBA. That range is based on clean air flow from 50 liter per minute to 150 liter per minute. So the decibel level varies based on how fast the fans are running, but no higher than 65 dBA at the highest setting. By comparison, a normal conversation is 60 dBA.
If the vertical distance between the middle of the eyes and the bottom of the chin exceeds 9.5 cm (> 9.5cm), then Hexa should fit, however there may be exceptions and we cannot guarantee this fitting guideline will apply to you.

A mobile power bank is not included in your package and is not sold on our site.
We recommend a mobile power bank with a USB type A output of 5V/2.4A and a capacity equal or greater than 5,000 mAh. You may use a power bank that is 2.4A or higher of charging speed. 1.0 is the slowest charging speed and should be avoided when charging Hexa to avoid slow charging time.
Hexa’s air filter should be worn for a maximum of 40 hours and should generally be replaced regularly.
We recommend disposing of the filter if it becomes damaged, soiled (noticeably discoloured), or breathing becomes difficult. Even if none of these things happen, it's recommended to dispose of filters after 40 hours of use or 7 days after removing the filter from its original packaging, whichever comes first.
HEXA'S fit factor is 200, which means leakage is less than 0.5%. By comparison HEXA has a higher / better fit factor rating than most other masks. that require a fit factor of 100, which means the air leakage is less than 1%.
The outer layer of our filter is waterproof, however beyond that Hexa is not waterproof and water could enter inside the mask. If water, sweat or liquid were to enter the mask around the area of the fans, short circuit protection inside the mask will cause the fans to stop and reset once the fans are dry.
When Hexa is dirty, you can clean it by soaking a soft cloth in a diluted solution of neutral detergent, and wring it well before gently wiping the air purifier mask. Do not use solvents such as thinners, benzene, or alcohol, as they may damage the product.
Red, black, white, pink and green are available for your filter cover. Our Air Purifier mask is modular and the filter cover can be easily swapped out for a new exciting colour. You have the option of adding more than one filter cover colour to your shipping cart.

No PO box addresses are permitted.
Due to our commitment to process online orders as quickly as possible, cancellation requests must be submitted within 3 hours from the time of order. Please send your cancellation request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that sending in a cancellation request does not mean that your order is immediately cancelled. Cancelled orders will be confirmed in writing via email.
Returns and exchanges

An air purifier mask product is considered a 'personal' item and for hygiene reasons Koolmask is unable to exchange any air purifier mask that has been removed from its packaging and fit attempted.
Repair & replacement warranty: Koolmask offers a 90 day return policy on all returnable products for original owner and personal use only, beginning from the time when the original owner purchased this product directly from Koolmask Inc.
Coverage includes: Repair and replacement of defected hardware components packaged with this product for personal usage under normal conditions. Products purchased as “Open Box” or “As Is”, disassembled product or component, and consumables, such as filters are not covered.
Qualification to obtain warranty: Original purchaser must return this product in its original packaging with the original purchase receipt to Koolmask Inc. with freight and postage prepaid. Coverage is not provided if product is purchased from one of Koolmask's authorized distributors.
Limitation on damage: Koolmask Inc shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages for the breach of any express or implied warranty or condition on this product. Nor shall recovery of any kind against Koolmask Inc. and its authorized dealer be greater than the original purchase price of this product.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, seal intact, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
